Okay so I guess it goes without say that I went back 😂.
This location is just too good to pass up on, but I promise my next set will be in a different location!
For this photoshoot, I had the opportunity to shoot Chris and Ghyshan's Challenger, as well as Omar's Hellcat Charger.
This photoshoot would be a first for me, as I have not experienced doing photos for 3 people at once. Needless to say, I felt the pressure as soon as Chris and Ghyshan arrived on location. Coming off of my success from Tyson's photoshoot the week prior at the same location, I was confident I could nail this one - but I was definitely feeling the heat. Composition for this would be big for me, as I wanted to include both of their cars as much as possible before moving to single shots.
We started shooting at about 30 minutes prior to sunset, which was nice but I did experience some difficulty finding good shots with nice composition. I also had to frequently adjust my in-camera settings to match the environment the way I wanted it to be.
Having two beautiful looking cars does make it easier to have a pleasant photograph, but it's all in the photographers eyes as to what the end result looks like.
I remember shooting this and feeling like I was missing out on catching up with Ghyshan and Chris, but at the same time I was really looking forward to getting as many dope shots as I could.
Before long, Omar showed up with his crazy Hellcat Charger and we quickly setup for a triple shot. Coordinating this was definitely a bit of a challenge, considering you have 3 massive cars all trying to squeeze in together while being symmetrical.
Overall I was happy with the result and managed to get some great angles. The uneven level of the parking garage floor did present some challenges, but I think it turned out pretty damn good.
After I got a few shots of them all together, I wanted to do a 'school photo' like process where my camera would be setup on a tripod in the same place, while I have Chris, Omar, and Ghyshan park in two different positions while I snap away.
